Dr. Ian P. Ward, DMD, PC
Dr. Ward was born and raised in the North Country. After graduating from Lowville Academy in 1991, he attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY where he earned a BS in biology in 1995. He subsequently attended Boston University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 1999. Following graduation, Dr. Ward returned home to begin his career caring for the dental needs of families and friends around the greater Watertown area. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, Fifth District Dental association, and the Jefferson-Lewis County Dental Society (past president).
Dr. Ward lives in Sackets Harbor with his wife Darcie, and daughter Maeve. His hobbies include golfing, skiing, and spending time in the Adirondacks.
Andrew “Andy” Charles Coalter, DDS
Andrew “Andy” Charles Coalter was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, Hampden-Sydney, VA. For the last four years he has served as a General Dentist for the United States Army at Fort Drum, NY and has grown to love all that the North Country has to offer. Dr. Coalter is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Association, and Jefferson-Lewis Dental Society.
Dr.Coalter and his wife, Samantha, a registered Nurse at Samaritan Medical Center, have two daughters, Eliza, 12, and Anna, 11. Dr.Coalter and his family are active members of their church, Faith Fellowship Christian in Watertown, where Eliza and Anna also attend school. Dr.Coalter loves the outdoors and keeps busy in the summer with golf, boating, and mountain biking, while the winter months afford him the time (and snow!) to ski and snowboard with his daughters at several of the local ski resorts.
Dr.Coalter and his family are excited to call the North Country “home” and he is honored to continue the high level of dental treatment and care all of you have enjoyed for so long.
